HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. - Ronnie Leonard Simmons Jr., 32, of Harpers Ferry, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2008, at his residence.
Born Oct. 22, 1976, in Ranson, W.Va., he was the son of Ronnie and Sissy Simmons of Harpers Ferry.
He was Pentecostal.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiance, Wendy Chapman of Harpers Ferry; one daughter, Courtney N. Simmons of Harpers Ferry; one son, Zackary D. Simmons of Harpers Ferry; one brother, Rocky Simmons of Glengary, W.Va.; paternal grandfather, Paul Simmons of Harpers Ferry; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Simmons; maternal grandparents, Harold and Audrey Wilt; one sister, April C. Simmons; and two cousins.
