Baby Connection at Washington County library

November 30, 2008

The Washington County Free Library has started Baby Connection story time designed to stimulate a baby's early learning experiences.

Miss Abigail shares finger plays, board books, music, puppets and other visuals with infants ages 6 to 18 months and their caregivers.

Caregivers learn to read to their infants, stimulate them with rhyme and song and in the process become acquainted with other young families in the community.

The program is free and open to all. It meets Wednesdays at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Registration is required and space is limited. Registration for the next session, which runs from January to March, begins Monday.
