City Hospital

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Anthony P. Zelenka, vice president and administrator of City Hospital in Martinsburg, has been recertified as a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), an international professional society representing close to 30,000 health care executives.

Zelenka, who has more than 30 years of health care management experience, first achieved fellow status in 1983.

Zelenka holds a master of health administration from Ohio State University, and a bachelor of arts from Marietta (Ohio) College. He also holds a certificate from the executive program in Healthcare Financial Management from Ohio State University.

The First National Bank of Greencastle

GREENCASTLE, Pa. - The First National Bank of Greencastle announces that Gregory McMullen has been named vice president of Tower Financial Services.


McMullen will be responsible for the growth and management of the trust and investment department and meeting the financial service needs of the community. As a registered UVEST investment consultant, he will sell nondeposit investment products such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds, and will provide advice to customers on personal investment product purchases.

McMullen has 15 years of financial services experience. Before joining the bank, McMullen served as resident manager/financial adviser for Citi/Smith Barney in Carlisle, Pa.

McMullen also serves on the Finance Advisory Council for Shippensburg (Pa.) University's Grove College of Business.


HERSHEY, Pa. - Sallie Young, a 1994 graduate of Williamsport High School, recently was awarded the Joe E. Smith Award by the Pennsylvania Society of Health-System Pharmacists (PSHP).

The honor is awarded yearly to a pharmacist who is a member of PSHP and who demonstrates excellence in practice and is deserving of recognition for service to her institution, the community and the profession.

Young is employed at Penn State Hershey Medical Center as a clinical pharmacy specialist in cardiology.

Young is a graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (USP), where she obtained her doctor of pharmacy degree. She then completed an ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency at Mercy Suburban Hospital and a cardiology pharmacy practice residency at USP.

Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Rose Ann Yohn recently joined the Waynesboro office of Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA as a sales professional.

Yohn is a member of Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS) Multi-List, Pen Mar Regional Association of Realtors, Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties (RAYAC) and the National Association of Realtors.

Historical Entertainment LLC

CASCADE - Judi Flowers recently was named manager of Historical Entertainment LLC's Historical Wardrobe division.

Flowers started her career by owning and operating her own academy of ballet, which included two major productions per year. She also served as costumer for a variety of Discovery Channel series.

Flowers moved to Europe in 1989. While there, she served as an assistant manager for Waterman's Art Center in London, and has worked with museums including the Louvre, Victoria and Albert, Aberystwyth Yesterday and many private collections.

Flowers' published works include articles for publications such as Olde Times, Ladies Gallery, Vintage Fashions and The Wick. She also wrote "Finishing Touches for Ladies," a Civil War and Victorian period reference book.

One of Flowers' most recent achievements was serving as costumer for HBO's Emmy award-winning series "John Adams." Her other production credits include "Iron Jawed Angels," "The FBI Files," "Mission Impossible 3" and "North and South."

Lori Gorsuch of Hagerstown recently was recognized by lia sophia as an Excellent Beginnings program achiever for her outstanding sales accomplishments and professionalism.

Gorsuch earned the recognition in her first 15 weeks with the fashion jewelry company by attaining certain sales levels and by sharing lia sophia with other new advisers.
