Highland View Seventh-day Adventist Church, the Rev. Vladimir Corea will speak today at 11 a.m. on "Gospel of Jesus Christ." Small group Bible study is at 9:45 a.m. and Vibrant Bible classes for children also are available.

Broadfording Bible Brethren Church, Pastor Bill Wyand will speak Sunday at 10 a.m. on "Who Is God and What Does It Matter." Sunday Kids and Teen Life Group meet at 9 a.m. Children's, adult and youth activities are Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Paramount Baptist Church, Pastor Larry Rickard will speak Sunday at 10:30 a.m. on "Don't Cry for Me." Rickard is conducting a Bible study on the Book of 1 Corinthians at the 6:50 p.m. service on Wednesdays during prayers and Bible study. Children's activities are at 6:15 p.m. Youth group meets at 6 p.m.

Community Mennonite Church, U.S. 40 east of Hagerstown, Pastor Paul Clemmer will speak Sunday at 10:30 a.m. on "Giving Thanks ... In All Circumstances." Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m.

Haven Lutheran Church, traditional worship will be Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in the church sanctuary with Pastor Linda Alessandri speaking on St. Matthew 25: 31-46. Social and tea time is at 10:30 a.m. followed by Sunday school at 11 a.m.

Salem Reformed Church, Pastor Stephen Wagoner will speak Sunday at 9:30 a.m. on "The Beloved Rag Doll." Jane Groves is liturgist. Jennifer Burger will provide the children's message. Church school is at 10:40 a.m.

Hagerstown Seventh-day Adventist Church, the Rev. David Weigley will speak today at 11 a.m. on "Confidence in the Midst of Our Storms." Sabbath school is at 9:30 a.m.

Potomac Charge, United Methodist churches of Big Pool, Pastor Dennis Whitmore will speak Sunday on "Jesus, King of Kings." Mount Carmel services are at 8:50 a.m. with Sunday school at 10 a.m.; St. Paul's services are at 9:50 a.m. with Sunday school at 11:15 a.m.; and Park Head services are at 11 a.m. with Sunday school at 9:45 a.m.

Concordia Lutheran Church, the Rev. James Murr Jr. will speak Sunday at the 8:15 a.m. noncommunion service and the 10:45 a.m. communion service on "The End of Death." Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m.
