Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 802 Summit Ave., a ham and turkey dinner will be today from 2 to 7 p.m. Tickets are available in advance and at the door. Tickets cost $9.50 for adults and $3 for children between the ages of 6 and 10. The all-you-can-eat dinner includes ham, turkey, green beans, mashed potatoes, stuffing, sauerkraut, apple sauce, cranberry sauce, rolls, beverage and dessert. Call 301-733-4720.

Mount Nebo United Methodist Church, 134 S. Main St., Boonsboro, the youth group will host an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast today from 7 to 11 a.m. Tickets cost $6 for adults and $3 for children between the ages of 5 and 11. Children 4 and under eat free. The breakfast includes pancakes, Hoffman's sausage, scrambled eggs, coffee, juice, and milk. Proceeds from the breakfast will benefit the church's building fund and Christmas Outreach programs.

Lighthouse to Life Ministries, Otterbein Ministry Center, 912 S. Potomac St., Waynesboro, Pa., a series of seminars will be Sunday beginning at 1:30 p.m. Topics will include drug, alcohol and sexual addictions and recovery opportunities. A Teen Challenge program will be at 6 p.m. A band festival will be at 7 p.m.
