ANNANDALE, Va. -- Amaurys Fermin went 1-of-2 from the foul line with two seconds left in overtime to lift Hagerstown Community College to a 108-107 victory over Northern Virginia on Sunday.
Fermin and Isaiah Hill each had a triple-double for the Hawks (3-1). Hill had 26 points, 14 rebounds and 11 blocks -- all team highs -- while Fermin had 21 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds.
Also for HCC, K'yan Andrews had 17 points, Raason Young had 16 points and Will Taylor had 10 rebounds and five points.
Sam Eligwe scored a game-high 38 points for Northern Virginia, which came back from a 56-40 halftime deficit to tie the game at 100 at the end of regulation.
