The Washington County Chapter of the American Red Cross will hold the following blood drives:

Elks Lodge plans bonanza



BPO Elks Lodge No. 378 at 11063 Robinwood Drive will hold a money bonanza on Sunday, Feb. 8.

The event is being announced early, as tickets are selling fast and the Elks Lodge wants its members and guests who have supported this fundraiser in the past to have an opportunity to get their tickets.

Tickets cost $25, which admits the ticket holder and one guest. There will be 31 cash prizes and the grand prize will be $3,000. There will be tip jars, King Tuts, 50/50 raffle and other games of chance. Use door No. 6.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and dinner will be served at 1 p.m. There will be a dessert table and drinks will be provided.

The proceeds will benefit youth programs and charitable requests.

Fall festival



A fall festival will be held at Hagerstown Farmers Market, 25 W. Church St., Saturday, starting at 5 a.m.
