Two men face drug charges

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Two men, including one from Hagerstown, are suspected of dealing marijuana and prescription drugs in Martinsburg, according to Berkeley County Magistrate Court records.

Justin Allen Hess, 24, of 954B Security Road and Adam Wayne Orndorff, 27, no fixed address, were arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and transportation of a controlled substance into the state, court records show.

Orndorff was being held in Eastern Regional Jail as a fugitive from justice (in Allegany County, Md.), records show.

The vehicle the men were in Friday was stopped in the 100 block of West King Street by Martinsburg Police Department patrolman J.L. Harper and the men were found in possession of 23.1 grams of marijuana, Xanax, Percocet, $1,480 in cash and at least two mobile phones, records show.
