St. John's Episcopal Church, the Rev. Stephanie Yancy will speak Sunday at the 8 and 10:15 a.m. communion services. The parish choir will provide music at the later service. Sunday school begins at 9 a.m. and includes an adult forum on the Gospel of John.

St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Sunday at the 8:15 communion service and 10:30 a.m. service of the word, Pastor Quentin Fleming will preach on Five Were Wise. Sunday school begins at 9:15 a.m.

Trinity Lutheran Church, Hagerstown, Pastor Eric Norgard is celebrant/preacher at the 8:30 and 10:45 a.m. services Sunday. Lay assisting minister is Jane Drawbaugh.

St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Smithsburg, Pastor Mark Mooney will speak on Impressive, Most Impressive, Sunday at 9:30 a.m. Mooney and his puppet friends will also highlight the morning service. Sunday school is at 10:45 a.m. Following Sunday's service, Mooney will lead an adult study on John Wesley's Three Simple Rules.

Todd Adams, the associated general minister of the Christian Church, will give the message Wholeness in a Fragmented World, Sunday at the 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. services. The youth chimes and the chancel choir will present special music. Sunday school begins at 11:15 a.m.
