Five from Pa. face drug, other charges

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Five people from the Waynesboro area were charged recently with being part of a corrupt drug-related organization following a two-year investigation by the Waynesboro Police Department, Washington Township (Pa.) Police Department and Pennsylvania Attorney General.

Brothers Jamie Yeager, Jeremy Yeager and Barry Yeager were arrested along with Jamie Yeager's wife, Sonya Yeager, and associate Daniel L. Greene Jr.

In addition to the felony criminal organization charge, they were charged with burglary, theft, trespassing, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, arson, false reports to law enforcement and drug-related offenses, according to a news release from police.

Police said the men and woman were working together to obtain drugs through illegal acts.

Jeremy Yeager, Jamie Yeager and Greene remained in Franklin County Jail on Thursday. Barry Yeager had posted bond, and Sonya Yeager remained on unsecured bond.
