CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Herbert R. Kaye, 95, formerly of 322 Stouffer Ave., died Monday, Oct. 27, 2008, at ManorCare.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris M. Kaye, and his second wife, L. Ruth Kaye.
He was the owner and operator of Robson and Kaye Printing.
He was a veteran of World War II.
He was a member of B.P.O.E. 600.
He is survived by two daughters, Kristine A. Sweeney and Lorri S. Kaye, both of Chambersburg; one grandson; and one stepgrandson.
He was preceded in death by one son, William H. Kaye.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Brian David Propps, 52, of Martinsburg, died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2008, at Winchester Medical Center.
Born Feb. 12, 1956, in Charles Town, W.Va., he was the son of Bertha Knipple Vrzich of Yuma, Ariz., and the late Jack E. Vrzich.
He worked as a truck driver with Turner Transportation in Hagerstown.
He was a member of The Salvation Army Church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 34 years, Maureen E. Bergen Propps; two daughters, Angela Miller and Marsha Propps, both of Hedgesville, W.Va.; four sisters; two brothers; six grandchildren; aunts; uncles; nieces; and nephews.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Nettie Elizabeth Weaver Bowers, 88, of 21716 Black Rock Road, Hagerstown, died Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2008, at her home.
Born April 24, 1920, in Hagerstown, she was a daughter of the late John Daniel and Viola V. Worthington Weaver.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn L. Bowers Sr.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Black Rock Bible Church.
She is survived by four children, Virginia B. Deal of Boonsboro, Joann Rowland of Williamsport, and Glenn L. Bowers and Joseph A. Bowers Sr., both of Hagerstown; one sister, Rayetta J. Smith of Hagerstown; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Cheryl J. Deal and Carolyn E. Bitner-Shifler; one son, Charles C. Bowers; and two brothers, John D. Weaver and Joseph S. Weaver.
Services will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Bast-Stauffer Funeral Home in Boonsboro. Gerald Deal will officiate. Burial will be at Beaver Creek Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

RANSON, W.Va. - Leonard Lee Robinson Sr., 76, of Ranson, died Monday, Oct. 27, 2008, at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.
He worked as a mechanic for 35 years for Paul Courtney of Harpers Ferry, W.Va.
He was a veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lolita Newman Robinson; seven children, Gloria Jean, Leonard Jr., Steven, Lisa, Glenn, Deborah and Kenneth; one twin sister, Gloria Wilkins of Palm Coast, Fla.; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, Shepherdstown, W.Va. The Rev. Rudolph Bropleh will officiate. Burial will follow at Myerstown Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday from 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the church.

Terry Wayne Harbaugh, 57, of Hagerstown, died Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2008, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Feb. 11, 1951, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late William Edward and Clara Ida Powell Harbaugh.
He graduated from South Hagerstown High School in 1969.
He worked for Cushwa Brick Yard.
He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 694 and Sons of AMVETS Post 10, both in Hagerstown.
He is survived by two uncles, Oscar Harbaugh of Hagerstown and Kenneth Harbaugh of Greencastle, Pa.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Gerald N. Minnich Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac St., Hagerstown. The Rev. Shane Wilt will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
