DILLSBURG, Pa. -- Erin Garns had 32 assists, directing the offense as Greencastle-Antrim swept Fleetwood 28-26, 25-20, 25-19 in the PIAA District 3-AA quarterfinals on Wednesday at Northern.

Rochelle Christman had nine kills and three blocks, Kelsey Gearhart had nine kills and nine digs, Megan George had seven kills and 10 digs, and Katy Bobbitt added 12 digs for the Blue Devils (19-2), who will play in the semifinals Saturday at 3 p.m.

On Monday, The Blue Devils went 8-1 in nine pool-play games. Greencastle swept Littlestown (25-11, 25-14, 25-11) and Schuylkill Valley (25-22, 25-20, 25-12) before taking two of three games from Delone Catholic (16-25, 25-19, 25-22). Rochelle Christman had 20 kills and 19 blocks, Kelsey Gearhart had 22 kills, eight blocks and 37 digs, Erin Garns had 58 assists, Katy Bobbitt had 39 digs and Megan George added 32 digs.

Martinsburg 3, Bridgeport 0

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. -- Aaron Anderson had a goal and an assist, and Martinsburg advanced to the West Virginia Class AAA state tournament with a victory over Bridgeport in the Region II final on Tuesday.

Drew Dopson and Eliud Vega each added a goal, and Jaron Hollida and Gavon Washington each had an assist for the Bulldogs (18-2-1). Rodger Ausherman earned his 13th shutout in goal as Martinsburg outshot Bridgeport, 19-3.

The Bulldogs will face Wheeling Park on Nov. 7 in Beckley in a Class AAA state semifinal.

Jefferson 3, Bridgeport 1

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. -- Jenny Perry had two goals and Sarah Cogswell scored one as Jefferson beat Bridgeport in the West Virginia Class AAA Region II championship game Tuesday night to advance to the state semifinals with an unbeaten record.

The Cougars (20-0-2), the defending state champs, will play Region I champ University on Nov. 7 at Beckley. The winner will face either Parkersburg South or Nitro in the state final on Nov. 8 at Beckley.

Jefferson's two ties this year came against University (2-2 on Aug. 23) and Parkersburg South (1-1 on Sept. 13). The Cougars have not played Nitro this season.
