Greencastle 24, Northern 16

GREENCASTLE, Pa. -- Facing a 10-3 fourth-quarter deficit, No. 1 Greencastle-Antrim scored 21 points in a 4 1/2-minute stretch to defeat Northern 24-16 and win the Mid-Penn Capital title Friday night.

Adam Ritchey scored twice in the fourth, once on a 14-yard pass to Denton Iseminger that knotted the game at 10 and again on an 11-yard run that pulled the Blue Devils (8-0, 4-0) ahead for good. Dustin Barry scored with 1:39 left in the game to safely put the game away for Greencastle.

Ritchey finished with 151 total yards, 101 of them through the air, while Barry had 106 yards on the ground.

Northern (5-3, 2-1) could only manage 16 rush yards and was outgained 329-178 overall by the Blue Devils.
