Martinsburg man faces drug charges

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. -- A Martinsburg man was charged Tuesday with delivering drugs after a police informant purchased marijuana, according to a Martinsburg Police Department press release.

Ronald Anthony Cox, 45, of 207 S. Maple Ave. in Martinsburg, was arrested Tuesday afternoon, police said.

Police said they set up a controlled drug buy in the 200 block of South Maple Avenue on Tuesday about 4:45 p.m.

After allegedly selling marijuana to the informant, Cox was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, police said.
