"Great Intentions," a collection of recipes from staff at several Robinwood Medical Center offices -- the Endoscopy Center, Gastroenterology Associates, Digestive Disorders and Robinwood Department of Anesthesia -- was put together as a way to educate the public about digestive health.
"It's both a cookbook and an educational resource about the more common G.I. disorders," said Penny Nicarry, facility manager for the Endoscoppy Center at Robinwood.
In addition, proceeds from sales of the cookbook will be donated to a charity that promotes the advancement of treatment and research of gastrointestinal disorders, Nicarry said. Copies of the cookbook can be purchased for $20 at the Endoscopy Center at Robinwood, Suite 248 (near the blue entrance). For more information, call 240-313-9800.
