October 05, 2008

Congregation B'nai Abraham will host its Jewish Food Festival on Sunday, Nov. 16.

Food such as brisket, stuffed cabbage, blintzes, chopped liver, kugel, matzah ball soup and many other Jewish delicacies will be offered ala carte to eat in or carry out. In addition there will be a "bakery" with homemade baked good and breads.

Informative tours of the sanctuary will be offered at noon and 1 p.m. The synagogue is at 53 E. Baltimore St. The hours of the food festival will be 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. For more information, call 301-739-5039.
