Greencastle makes statement

LEWISBERRY, Pa. -- Tyler Szaflarski ran for a game-high 85 yards, including a pair of 1-yard touchdown runs in the third quarter, as No. 1 Greencastle-Antrim improved to 6-0 with a 31-7 victory Friday night over Red Land (4-2).

The Blue Devils took the lead for good with 29 seconds left in the first half when Derek Smith caught a 7-yard touchdown pass from Brett Meyers, giving Greencastle a 10-7 halftime advantage.

Szaflarski's touchdown runs upped the Blue Devils' lead to 24-7, and Devin Schaeffer completed the scoring with a 1-yard TD run in the fourth quarter.
