The man allegedly threatened to kill the boy if he reported the incident, police said.

Police said the man was wearing dark clothes, gloves, blue shoes with green around the soles and a black ski mask. His vehicle was a large dark sedan with a license plate with a tiger on it.

The boy was unable to tell what race the man was because he was wearing a ski mask, police said.
