Brittany Harrington-Monacelli graduated from Mitchell College in New London, Conn., on May 17.

She received a bachelor of science degree in liberal and professional studies in behavioral science with high honors.

While attending Mitchell College, Brittany was active in the Behavioral Science Club where she served as secretary and vice president. She also served on the Campus Actives Board.

Brittany is a 2005 graduate of Middletown (Md.) High School.

She is the daughter of Donald and Tammy Harrington of Myersville, Md.

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Ella Marie Starr, a 2008 graduate of Chambersubrg Area Senior High School, has completed her six weeks of training at the U.S. Naval Academy.

She is the daughter of Trent and Beth Gadberry and granddaughter of Donald L. II and Patricia M. Wagaman.

During her plebe summer, Starr earned several ribbons including the National Defense Service Award, Expert Rifleman Ribbon and Sharpshooter Pistol Shot Ribbon.

The school year started Aug. 20. Starr is pursuing a career as a heart surgeon.

Before leaving for the Naval Academy, Starr donated 12 inches of her hair to the Locks of Love program.

SELINSGROVE, Pa. - Fiona Wilkes of Gerrardstown, W.Va., was recently inducted into Alpha Lambda Delta freshman honor society at Susquehanna University.

Wilkes is a sophomore business administration major.

Wilkes, a 2007 graduate of Musselman High School, is the daughter of Geoffrey and Kelsey Wilkes.
