Trick-or-treat date set for Waynesboro

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Trick-or-treat in the Borough of Waynesboro has been set for 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.

Residents are asked to leave their porch lights on if they want participants to approach their homes.
