Crews hoisted steel beams Monday to finish the new fourth floor of the Barbara Ingram School for the Arts. The building on South Potomac Street in downtown Hagerstown that will house the school is being expanded and renovated. The performing arts school is expected to open next year. Officials said the crane could remain positioned for two weeks outside of the school in the right lane of South Potomac Street while work is completed.
