Patriot Day

On this day seven years after the Twin Towers, Pentagon and Shanksville, Pa., attacks, I honor those who lost their lives that day.

Over the past seven years, we have gone to fight terrorism on foreign soil. I honor those who sacrifice everything for me to have the freedom to be an American.

I honor those who have served and protected in the past for my freedom.

May you take this day to be proud of being a "Patriot" and I will take this day to be thankful and humble.
