Music by the Lake

The Music By The Lake concert series will end for the summer on Saturday. Performing for the evening will be Homegrown String Band. This event is co-sponsored by the Washington County Arts Council, City of Hagerstown and Washington County Convention and Visitors Bureau. Pooch plunge

A pooch plunge is scheduled on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at Potterfield Pool in Hagerstown. This event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Admission costs $5 for one dog and one handler. Each additional person will pay $3.

A variety of contests will be held for those four-legged friends in attendance. Proceeds will benefit Charlie's Fund.
