The following food service establishments were inspected by the Washington County Health Department in July and found to have sanitation violations that must be corrected within 30 days:

AC&T-Big Pool Exxon, 11079 Big Pool Road, Big Pool - food scoop cannot be stored in hand sink (corrected).

Black Rock Golf Course Restaurant, 20025 Mount Aetna Road, Hagerstown - missing floor tiles and exhaust vents must be replaced; chemical test strips must be available; thermometers for checking food temperatures must be available.

B&G Pub, 122 Cumberland St., Clear Spring - crack in ceiling must be repaired; freezer temperature must be adjusted; exhaust hood filters and fire suppression system must be cleaned; damaged floor tiles must be replaced; chemical test strips must be available; choking poster must be displayed.
