Teen on bicycle struck in Martinsburg



MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - A teenager riding a bicycle in Martinsburg was taken to City Hospital on Thursday after colliding with a vehicle in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue, officials said.

The child's medical condition was not immediately clear after the accident happened about 2:15 p.m. Martinsburg Police Department was investigating the collision.

Handbag reported stolen in Pa.



CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - A handbag was reported stolen Monday from a Fayetteville, Pa., resident, Pennsylvania State Police said in a news release.

The brown handbag with dark Xs on the side was taken between from the first block of Turner Drive in Fayetteville between 8 a.m. Thursday and noon Monday, police said.

Vinyl swimming pool cut in Greencastle



GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Someone cut a vinyl swimming pool on East Franklin Street early Monday, causing 3,000 gallons of water to leak, Greencastle Police said in a news release.

The incident happened between midnight and 8:30 a.m., police said.
