WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Beaver Creek Country club pro Dirk Schultz finished tied for 10th place in the Mid-Atlantic Professional Golf Association Professionals Championship at The Golden Horseshoe Golf Club on Wednesday.

Schultz posted a third-round 4-over-par 75 and concluded the tournament at even par 214.

Rick Schuller won the event for a third time at 15-under-par 199.

Grier at Gettysburg

GETTYSBERG, Pa. - Hagerstown's Ashley Grier will be in the field on Friday when the Duramed FUTURES Tour invades The Links at Gettysburg for The Gettysburg Championship.

Grier's first round begins on the 10th tee at 1 p.m. along with playing partners Lori Atsedes, of Ithaca, N.Y., and Nicole Hage, of Coral Springs, Fla.

PROVIDENCE FORGE, Va. - Alex Hoffman, of Middletown, Md., skyed to a 12-over-par 84 in the second round of the American Junior Golf Association's CNL Lifestyle Junior Championship at the 6,983-yard Tradition Golf Club.

Hoffman had a two-round total of 161 and was in a tie for 42nd place out of 75 players.

Kyle Kegerreis, of Chambersburg, Pa., was tied for 45th place following a 79 that gave him a 162 after two rounds.

Bo Andrews leads the tournament at 2-under-par 142 heading into today's final round.
