As part of its international effort, the club partnered last spring with the Rotary Club of Williamsport, the Rotary Interact Club of Williamsport High School, and the Rotary Club of Houston, Texas, to set up a book drive to collect books for the Rotary Club Ramos Mejia Sur in Argentina.

In August, Antietam Health Services of Washington County Hospital donated a 14-foot covered truck with a life gate to Medical Mission International.

The truck, which will be used at the MMI Pennsylvania warehouse, left Hagerstown filled with various hospital supplies, including a crib and an operating table. Jay Frantz, of Wright Gardner Insurance, arranged the truck donation through Sunrise Rotary.
