Pa. youth wins free week at Camp Joy El

Dominique Bigler, 13, of Newburg, Pa., receives a certificate for a free week of summer at Camp Joy El presented by Aaron Ziebarth, executive director of Joy El Ministries. Dominique won the prize in a drawing held at Greencastle's Sidewalk Days.
