Federal provides more chances to go, cheer, listen

As the Federal 11-12 All-Stars prepare to open their quest for the Little League World Series title in South Williamsport, Pa., there are still a number of ways the fans in Hagerstown can see, hear and get to the action.

Tonight's game against Great Lakes representative Jeffersonville, Ind., will be played at 8 p.m. on ESPN.

There are still other ways to stay in touch with the team.

Bus trip offered

Kline Tours is offering bus trips to South Williamsport, Pa., for Federal's final two games of pool play on Monday and Tuesday.

Cost is $55 per person for each game. Seating is first-come, first-served,

Monday's bus is scheduled to leave Hagerstown at 7 a.m. for the noon game against Northwest representative, Mill Creek, Wash. On Tuesday, the bus will leave at 3 p.m. for the game at 8 against Southwest representative, Lake Charles, La.

All of Federal's games will be aired live on WJEJ-AM 1240.

Driving directions to the World Series

o Take I-81 North to U.S. 15 North (Enola exit - about 70 miles from Hagerstown)

o Continue on U.S. 15 North into South Williamsport (About 80 miles from Enola exit)

o Little League Baseball Museum and stadiums are on the right
