CLEAR SPRING -- A Bethesda, Md. woman was flown by Maryland State Police helicopter to Baltimore Shock Trauma on Sunday after her vehicle overturned on Interstate 70.

Police Monday morning were not releasing the woman's name.

Eastbound Interstate 70 was closed near Clear Spring for more than an hour Sunday after the accident, Maryland State Police said in a news release.

The accident happened at about 12:02 p.m. near the junction with Md. 68 at mile 18, police said. A 2005 Chevrolet made an unsafe lane change, forcing a 2004 Honda into the median, police said. When the Honda re-entered the highway, it collided with the Chevrolet and overturned, police said.

The driver of the Chevrolet, Maddi Sissler, 19, of Frostburg, Md., was charged with unsafe lane changing, police said.
