Hagerstown police respond to calls

Hagerstown police responded recently to the following incidents:

Wednesday:

· At 11:06 a.m., theft was reported in the 700 block of Forest Drive. A blue, 20-inch Huffy Rocket bicycle was taken. 

· At 1 p.m., a wallet was found in the 100 block of North Potomac Street. 

· At 3 p.m., second-degree assault was reported in the central parking lot.

· At 7:12 p.m, solicitation was reported in the 100 block of North Walnut Street. 

· At 9 p.m., a cell phone was found in the first block of West Washington Street. 

· At 11:09 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 900 block of Mulberry Avenue. A laptop and garnet ring were taken.

Thursday:

· At 12:50 a.m., damage to a motor vehicle was reported in the unit block of East Avenue. 

· At 3:11 a.m., counterfeit currency was reported at Sheetz, 301 E. Washington St.

· At 8:09 a.m., theft was reported in the 300 block of Vale Street.  

· At 8:11 a.m., theft was reported in the 100 block of Fairground Avenue. A white-and-brown Mongoose Rebel bicycle and an orange, silver and black Mongoose bicycle were taken. 

· At 10:11 a.m., a pocket organizer was found in the 300 block of Vista Street. 

· At 10:39 a.m., theft and damage to a motor vehicle were reported in the 500 block of Lynnhaven Road. A CD player, satellite radio and CDs were taken. 

· At 3:37 p.m., bigamy was reported in the 700 block of Guilford Avenue.

· At 4:21 p.m., theft was reported in the unit block of North Potomac Street. A wallet was taken.

· At 6:11 p.m., attempted first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment was reported in the 400 block of North Locust Street. 

· At 8:03 p.m., theft was reported in the 200 block of South Locust Street. A blue, 20-inch Mongoose bicycle was taken. 

· At 8:56 p.m., damage to a motor vehicle and theft from a motor vehicle were reported in the 500 block of Lynnehave Drive. A window was damaged and a CD player was taken. 

· At 10:08 p.m., damage to property was reported in the 300 block of South Locust Street.
