MARTINSBURG, W.Va. -- When police in Martinsburg  responded to an alarm at about 3:30 a.m. Friday at the Briarwood Professional Building, 1004 Sushruta Drive, they found a man had fallen through the ceiling.

The intruder had entered through the front door, but made his way through the building in an area above the ceiling, Martinsburg police said in a news release.

Police said Zachary Allan Recht, 25, of Crist Lane in Inwood, W.Va., was charged with entering without breaking.

Police alleged that the man said he went into the building looking for the prescription drug Zanax.
