Boonsboro police charge four with drug offenses

BOONSBORO - The Boonsboro Police Department charged four people Friday with drugs and weapons offenses.

Police served a search and seizure warrant at 307 Lanafield Circle in Boonsboro as part of a drug investigation, according to a press release. Drugs and an illegal shotgun were found in the home, police said.

The residents and one visitor of the home were arrested and charged with the following offenses:

· William Lee Humphrey, 50, of 307 Lanafield Circle, Boonsboro, charged with maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a short barreled shotgun, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of fireworks without a permit.

· Judy Lynn Humphrey, 48, of 307 Lanafield Circle, Boonsboro, charged with maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

· Dillon Lee Humphrey, 18, of 307 Lanafield Circle, Boonsboro, charged with maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

· Hector Giovanni Diaz, 20, of 10925 Sasha Blvd., Hagerstown, charged with possession with intent to distribute drugs, possession with intent to distribute drugs in a school zone, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Humphreys all were released on a $5,000 bond, and Diaz was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond, police said.
