BROCKTON, Mass. -- Aaron Stoner treated the Hagerstown PONY 14 All-Stars to a two-for-one special at the East Zone Tournament on Saturday.

Stoner notched two victories for Hagerstown as it marched to the winners' bracket title and a berth in the tournament's championship round.

Hagerstown plays the winner of the Virginia-New York elimination game today at 10 a.m., with a second game to follow should it lose. The winner adavances to the PONY World Series in Washington, Pa.

Stoner pitched the final four innings of Friday's suspended game, allowing one hit in a 13-12 12-inning victory over Brockton (Mass.). He later came on for three more innings and locked down New York on one hit in a 5-1 win.

Friday's game was suspended in a 12-12 tie after eight innings. The game was prolonged as Austin Yost struck a two-out, bases-loaded triple to bring Hagerstown back from a three-run deficit.

Stoner rolled up eight strikeouts and got the win in the 12th on Chris Kiley's game-winning single to right-center to score Dylan Ianaro. Ianaro reached on a one-out single and stole second to set up the victory.

Kiley and Yost finished with three hits each while Drew DeShong and Jake Bachtell added two each.

Against New York, Stoner came on in the fourth inning in a 1-1 tie in relief of Luke Toms. He benefited from Seth Hall's two-run single in the fourth to get the lead and DeShong's two-run single in the seventh for insurance runs.

Stoner led with three hits while Kiley and Bachtell added two each.
