FREDERICK, Md. -- Mid-Atlantic Utilities, Inc. will continue installation of a new water main on Patrick Street between the intersections of Carroll and Court streets. Activities during this time will include two separate operations. The first operation will include continued trench restoration within the Market Street intersection. This work will be performed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, through Thursday, Aug. 7. The second operation will include trench restoration between the intersections of Maxwell Avenue and Carroll Street. This work will be done from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 4, through Thursday, Aug. 7. This work will require lane closures on Patrick Street. Increased traffic congestion and delays should be expected while this work is being done. Construction activity will be seen on Patrick Street, between Carroll Street and Court Street through November.




Mid-Atlantic Utilities, Inc. will continue the installation of a new water main on East Patrick Street between the intersections of Franklin and Wisner streets. Activities during this time will be limited to the area between Franklin Street and Carroll Creek and will include trench excavation for the installation of the new water main. Construction activity will be seen on East Patrick Street, between Franklin and Wisner streets through June 2009.

Mid-Atlantic Utilities, Inc. will continue the installation of new storm drain piping on Carroll Street between the intersections of East All Saints Street and Carroll Creek. Activities during this time will include trench excavation to install the new storm piping.Construction activity will be seen on Carroll Street, between East All Saints Street and Carroll Creek through November.




Mid-Atlantic Utilities, Inc. will continue the installation of new storm drain piping on South Street between the intersections of East and Carroll streets. Activities during this time will include trench excavation to install the new storm piping. This work will be done from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Construction activity will be seen on South Street, between East and Carroll streets through November.
