How did you get into your business, or what motivated you to start it?: "I've driven through Montana, drinking water that had a brown crayon dipped in it that was considered to be drinkable coffee. I then lived in Seattle, where there was a decent coffee spot on nearly every block. There, I developed a passion for drinking well-made coffee and wanted to bring that quality to this area. By using my education and background, I plan on bringing a taste of Seattle to Washington County."

Previous business experience: "I have my bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant (management). I have been in the hospitality industry for the last 20 years."
