Advertising association announces new officers

FREDERICK, Md. - The Greater Frederick Advertising Federation (GFAF) announced its new officers, who took office July 1. Louanne Welgoss, former vice president and owner of LTD Creative, was elected president; Cheri Baker of Shoestring Communications is the new vice president; Lisa Gorham of Jean Peterson Design is treasurer; and Amanda Ebert of Frederick County Bank will remain in the position of secretary. Serving two-year director terms are Tobin Lehman of Enforme Interactive, Megan Mullaney of Jean Peterson Design, and Christina Renshaw of Text Design. Doug Angell of the Imagination Center, Edward Araya of the Frederick News-Post, Shuan Butcher of the Frederick Arts Council, and Natalie Wheeler of Garbo Design House will serve one-year director terms. Immediate past president is Sandy Sponaugle of Platinum PR.

The Greater Frederick Advertising Federation, part of the American Advertising Federation, is a regional organization that supports the fields of advertising and marketing.
