Art exploration for people ages 22 and older with disabilities

Heidi Coble, a veteran special education instructor, will guide students through experiences in painting, collage and clay. All materials will be provided. For ages 22 and older. Master naturalist workshops

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. -The workshops train individuals enrolled in Audubon Society's Potomac Valley Master Naturalist Program. Also open on a space-available basis to the public. Enrollment for each workshop is limited to 20 persons.

Young artists' summer workshops

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. -- Art camp for children ages 5 to 15. The program combines visual art with music and dance for a multimedia experience.

Free art workshops for children

Washington County Museum of Fine Arts is offering free art workshops for children. Workshops are free and registration is required. Classes are for children ages 6 to 12. Children may enroll for two of the 10 classes listed:

· Kool Aid-dyed silk scarves for ages 6 to 12 with Barbara Diefenderfer, 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Aug. 12.

· Polymer clay with Barbara Diefenderfer, 1 to 3 p.m.

· Drawing cariactures with Kent Roberts, 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Aug. 13.

Free GED classes

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- The classes are designed for adults wanting to prepare to take the GED test or adults desiring to improve their reading, math, or English language skills. Classes meet from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays; and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Daytime clasess are open 12 months per year; evening clasess close during the month of June. Classes are free and open to adult residents of Pennsylvania ages 16 and older who are not enrolled in a public school system. Students may attend class during any of the hours that are open for students. New students may begin at any time. To enroll, just come to class.
