Wilson was cited for speed greater than reasonable, McCarthy said.

Pa. State Police investigate accident
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Police were investigating an accident late Thursday in the 4000 block of McClays Mill Road where a 1995 Dodge Intrepid ended up on its roof in the middle of a creek, according to a state police press release.
The driver of the vehicle, Derek Allen Nichols, 25, of Shippensburg, Pa., was westbound when he missed a left turn, police said. The vehicle struck a stone bridge abutment, ran down an embankment and rolled into the creek, police said.
One charged with theft at business site
IJAMSVILLE, Md. - A College Park, Md., man was charged with burglary and theft after police responded Friday night to a call about a suspicious person at Wolf Contractors at 2502 Urbana Pike, according to a press release from Maryland State Police in Frederick.
Pastor Fabricio Machado, 39, was charged with second-degree burglary, motor vehicle theft and trespassing, troopers said, noting that "Pastor" is a name, not a title.
A witness called 911 stating he saw someone who appeared to be removing copper tubing from large spools located behind the business, troopers said.
Troopers saw an unlocked fence gate and a pickup truck parked inside along with several bundles of copper tubing that had been cut from a nearby larger roll of tubing, troopers said.
Machado was found inside the fenced area. A tool bag found next to Machado contained a reciprocating saw, troopers said.
Troopers later discovered that the truck parked inside the fence had been stolen.
Machado was taken to the Frederick County Detention Center, where he was being held on $10,000 bond, jail officials said Saturday.
Pa. State Police investigate burglary
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Police were investigating a burglary at a home Friday at 10077 Fish and Game Road, according to a state police press release.
Among the items taken in the burglary were two handguns, prescription medications and about $1,600 in cash, police said.

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Police were investigating the theft of two 20-foot tie downs and two large red ratchet binders from the front yard of a home at 4 Summer Breeze Lane, according to a state police press release.
The items are used to secure large machinery to trailers, police said.
