In TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter 77 news, Louise Horst led the program last week on "TOPS Tools." The members have several tools available to help them on their road to their goals. Some of these tools are eat sheets, journals, TOPS News Magazine and "The Choice is Mine" guide.

Bea Myers won the "Get-R-Done" contest with a 3 3/4-pound loss this week.

Today's meeting will include the monthly awards for June and will be TOPS T-Shirt Day.

After the awards, the members will break off into small discussion groups. Each group has several KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly) members who will share their tips on reaching and maintaining goals.

The group will also discuss problems they have with losing weight. The chapter has 20 KOPS members and is very proud of them.

The chapter meets Mondays at First Christian Church, 1345 Potomac Ave., Hagerstown. For more information, Call Donna at 301-223-8143 or Patsy at 301-582-2292.
