Products and services: Retail pharmacy with prescription drugs, over-the-counter medications, durable medical equipment, diabetic supplies, McCall's candles, cards and West Virginia memorabilia. The coffee shop has a variety of coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, breakfast foods and lunch items, etc.

How did you get into your business, or what motivated you to start it? "I grew up in northern Berkeley County in the Bedington area, and unfortunately there were (no) retail shops available and everyone traveled to Hagerstown or Martinsburg," Knott said. "While in pharmacy school at WVU, I interned at several independent retail pharmacies and I then realized that northern Berkeley County would be a great place for an independent pharmacy."
