TOPS Chapter 77

On Monday, June 30, the TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter 77 members congratulated Eileen Renwick on becoming its newest KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly) member. Eileen lost more than 30 pounds to reach her goal. Great Job, Eileen!

Elsie Horst led a program on "Stress and Weight Management." Stress has a great effect on weight problems. Eileen Renwick won the "Get-R-Done" contest with a 3 1/2-pound loss. Betty Heck won the KOPS "Get-R-Done" money for the month of June.

Today will start the No Gain Week, and Louise Horst will lead the program. Also, members weighing-in with a loss after the holiday will receive one-week dues paid by the chapter. This is worth working toward.

The chapter meets Mondays at First Christian Church, 1345 Potomac Ave. For more information, contact Donna at 301-223-8143 or Patsy at 301-582-2292.
