Hagerstown youth honored for his memory

Isaac Mulford, 7, of Hagerstown, and a student at Shalom Christian Academy in Nancy Peckman's second-grade class, recently received a certificate and ribbon at a school awards assembly. Isaac memorized 342 Bible verses during the school year, the most of any student at the school in grades kindergarten through five.
