Amy Lyn Sencindiver and Mark Douglas Stolipher were married on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008, at the First Presbyterian Church in Martinsburg, W.Va.

The bride is the daughter of Joan and Garland Sencindiver of Martinsburg. The bridegroom is the son of Nancy and Douglas Stolipher of Charles Town, W.Va.

The bride is a graduate of Martinsburg High School and received bachelor's degrees in biology and secondary education from Shepherd College and a master's degree in education communication from West Virginia University. She is employed as a biology teacher at Washington High School in Charles Town.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Jefferson High School and Nashville Auto Diesel College. He is self-employed as a farmer in Jefferson County, W.Va.

Seifarth-Layman



Lindsay Michele Layman and Bryan Andrew Seifarth were married on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2007, at First Christian Church in Hagerstown.

The bride is the daughter of Roland and Tamara Layman of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Rick and Linda Seifarth of Hagerstown.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Smithsburg High School and received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Catawba College in 2006. She is employed as a project manager at High Rock Studios of Hagerstown.

The groom is a 2002 graduate of Smithsburg High School and received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America in 2006. He is employed as a civil engineer with DMJM Harris in Baltimore.

They live in Columbia, Md.

Visco-Hogue



Jessica Marisa Hogue and Peter James Visco were married on Saturday, May 17, 2008, at Argonne Hills Chapel in Fort Meade, Md.

The bride is the daughter of Jim and Stephanie Hogue of Hagerstown. The bridegroom is the son of Sam Visco of Newark, N.J., and the late Phyllis Visco.

The bride is a graduate of North Hagerstown High School and Salisbury State University. She is employed at XLHealth in Baltimore.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Seton Hall Prep and Pennsylvania State University. He is employed by Navigant Consulting in Vienna, Va.

They live in Ellicott City, Md.

Jawetz-Middlekauff



Tracey Middlekauff and Gil Jawetz were married on Monday, June 16, 2008, at the Voodoo Spiritual Temple in the French Quarter of New Orleans, by priestess Miriam Chamani.

The bride is the daughter of the late Diana Kay Keiper Middlekauff. The bridegroom is the son of Irith and Pincas Jawetz.

The bride is a graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School. She graduated from Goucher College in 1989 with a degree in English literature and received a master of arts degree in literature from the University of Maryland College Park. She is a self-employed writer for regional and national publications.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan and received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Johns Hopkins University in 1995. He is a self-employed artist, portraitist and designer.

They live in Baltimore.

Kriechbaum-Casey



Casimer B. Kriechbaum III and Dana L. Casey of Hagerstown, were married on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hagerstown.

The ceremony was an early Celtic, Scot and Welsh marriage ritual of hand-fasting.

They live in Hagerstown.
