The board of directors of the Potomac Classic Youth Ballet Company has elected new officers for 2008 and appointed one new director.
The new officers are Toni Rinehart Sullivan, president; Mike Heyser, past president; Angie Youngblood, vice president; Jennifer Green-Flint, second vice president; Angie Boyer, secretary; and Diana Rupp, treasurer.
Mary Anne Ellifritz has joined the board as a new director. Among the other active board members are Angie Sievers, Elizabeth Hopkinson and Charlie Sekula.
The youth ballet's resident home is at the City Ballet School at 14 N. Potomac St. in Hagerstown. The company is composed of dancers between 13 and 18 years old who are selected through auditions held once a year.
