How did you get into your business or what motivated you to start it?: "There were six of us sisters. We started talking about a gift shop just before our mother died in 2000. After she passed away, we used a little of our inheritance to start. We named our business "Bittersweet Memories" becuase she was sweet and her death was bitter. Now, after seven years, there are only three of us sisters who are still in the business. The others had to drop out because of other commitments."


Previous business experience: Six years of having an open house two times a year at one of the women's homes.
