Corrections

June 20, 2008

Due to a reporter's error, a brief on page C6 of the June 12 edition of The Herald-Mail provided incorrect information about funding for the Hancock Community Center.

Officials hope to fund a $110,000 project through grants from a variety of sources. The grants have not been awarded. The complete story appears on page A8 of today's edition.

Due to an editor's error, the headline on the June 12 brief incorrectly stated the amounts of the grants that are being sought.

The Herald-Mail apologizes for the mistakes.
