Drivers searching for relief from skyrocketing gas prices might have gotten pumped up when they saw this sign at Wayne's Country Store at the corner of Nottingham Road and West Washington Street in Hagerstown's West End on Tuesday. A clerk at the store said the "3" in the price for regular unleaded gas fell out before rain passed through that evening. She said some regulars came in and jokingly asked if they could get regular for 98 cents a gallon. No such luck.
