Downsizing continues on Frick water tower

Workers from Allegany Wrecking and Salvage of Hagerstown continue their work Thursday to dismantle the Frick water tower in Waynesboro, Pa. The landmark tower, built in the 1920s, is being taken apart because it had become too costly to maintain, according to company officials.
