· At 5:15 p.m., theft was reported at Federal Express in the 11000 block of New Gate Boulevard. A wallet was taken.
Wednesday:
· At 3:30 p.m., malicious destruction of property was reported in the 11000 block of Hickory School Road. A vehicle was damaged.Â
Thursday:
· At 6:50 a.m., malicious destruction of property was reported at Springhill Suites in the 17000 block of Valley Mall Road. A window was broken out of a vehicle.Â
· At 6:50 a.m. and 7 a.m., malicious destruction of property was reported at Country Inn and Suites in the 17000 block of Valley Mall Road. A window was broken out of a vehicle.Â
Hagerstown police respond to burglary complaints
Hagerstown police have responded recently to the following incidents, according to spokeswoman Barbara Pickett:
Monday:
· Damage to property and attempted breaking and entering was reported at Emma K. Doub, 1221 S. Potomac St.Â
Tuesday:
· At 3:10 p.m., a burglary and damage to property was reported in the 100 block of Summit Avenue.Â
· At 6:30 p.m., theft was reported in the 1300 block of South Potomac Street.
· At 7:24 p.m., a burglary and theft were reported in the 200 block of North Locust Street. A video camera was taken.Â
Wednesday:
· At 8:37 a.m., a death was reported in the 1200 block of Cresent Road.
· At 9:40 a.m., theft was reported in the 500 block of Guilford Avenue. Lawn furniture was taken.
· At 5:34 p.m., theft was reported in the first block of West Franklin Street. A moped was taken.
· At 7:10 p.m., damage to a motor vehicle was reported in the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. A vehicle was scratched.Â
Thursday:
· At 4:19 a.m., a stolen vehicle was found in the 900 block of West Washington Street.Â
